Scheduling an Appointment
We recommend that you make your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to ensure a time that accommodates your schedule. Due to the length of our special spa packages, advance booking is important, especially with large groups.
When to Arrive
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment. This allows you the time to fill out our client profile form, change, and prepare for your first service. All spa services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
Cancellation Policy
Sherborn Day Spa requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all single services. For multiple (four or more) services or spa packages, a 48-hour notice of cancellation is required. All multiple services and packages are reserved with a credit card or gift card number. A 50% charge of all services scheduled will be made on the card in the absence of a 48-hour cancellation.
Personal Comfort
Your comfort is important to us. We provide private locker rooms plush robes and wraps, slippers and sandals for all spa clients for the duration of their services. Modest draping is observed during all body treatments and body massages. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or wear undergarments for our varied spa and hydrotherapy services. Complimentary teas, nuts, fruit and water are available for your enjoyment.
Environment
In order to preserve the essential elements of the spa experience, we ask that you turn off your cell phones and pagers upon entrance to the spa. Of course, smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Personal Property
We strongly suggest that you do not bring jewelry or valuables into the spa. We regret we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Children
We ask that no children under the age of 10 be in the facility without a scheduled appointment for service and accompanied by an adult.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included and are a matter of personal discretion, reflecting your level of satisfaction with your service and technician. Gratuities are not included in single service treatments. All of our pre-designed gift card packages include an 18% gratuity for your convenience. All gratuities should be given directly to the Spa Coordinator at the reception desk. He or she will ensure that the proper amount is received by the spa technician(s) that serviced you. You may add any amount at the time of checkout in cash or check.
Gift Cards
Sherborn Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are redeemed per monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome depending upon availability.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds
Refunds are not accepted on the purchase of gift certificates. If a gift certificate has been purchased for specific services, other spa services or retail products may be substituted equaling the original dollar amount of the gift certificate purchased.
Returned Checks
All returned checks will be subject to a twenty-dollar fee.
